What a great time was had by all at our very first Wine Dinner!

First Course: Bacon Wrapped Scallops with a Smoked Apple Puree

Broadbent Vinho Verde

Second Course: Grilled Romaine served with Oven Roasted Tomatoes and a Shallot-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course:  Veal Roulade stuffed with Prosciutto, Asparagus and Provolone Cheese finished with a Mushroom Demi Glace

Acrobat Pinot Noir

Fourth Course: Brown Sugar dusted Peach Parfait

We took FIRST PLACE in the Tray Relay Race at the Southaven Server Showdown.  A good time was had by all that day.  If we keep it up, we'll need to build ourselves a trophy shelf!

How long have you worked at the Fillin Station?  Since it opened! I love it!
What do you like to drink on your days off?  Lots of water and Crown and Coke
What do you like most about your job? The people that come in to the Fillin Station.  You get to meet alot of different people from all walks of life.  We also have the best "regulars" in Southaven!
What's your pet peeve?  Grouchy people
What's your favorite drink to serve? Our Award Winning Fillin Station Bloody Mary, it's yummy!
You serve and bartend here, which do you like best?  I love working on the rooftop patio.  It's the best seat in Southaven.  On Wednesday Bike Nights and most weekend days you will find me up there working on my tan, haha!

That's right-- 1st place Bloody Mary at the Variety Children's Charity- Memphis Barbecue Bash!!!

We start by infusing our vodka with- Sun Dried Tomatoes, Green Olives, Pickled Okra, Bell Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers and Cocktail Onions--- then we add a special seasoned salt rim, our favorite bloody mary mix-Zing Zang, and then we top it with a lemon, lime and our HOMEMADE sweet and spicy pickle.
